Context

The opportunity arose to teach "huerto" (gardening) classes at kindergartens. Drawing from the recent experience with Brassica, I deduced that the most efficient path to achieve a change in consumption habits would be through educating the new generations. With the help and expertise education professionals and two collegues, we designed and sold an educational program for preschool grades that utilized gardening as a tool to guide children in understanding their relationship with the environment through food cultivation.
